Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Full Stack Developer based in Banja Luka, with flexibility for some work from home. The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end components. Daily tasks include implementing responsive user interfaces, building and optimizing server-side logic, integrating APIs and databases, and ensuring application performance and security. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of development practices and architecture.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, including server-side programming, API integration, and database management.
• Candidates should possess Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with the ability to work across the entire application lifecycle.
• Experience with modern frameworks, version control (e.g., Git), and RESTful services is highly beneficial.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices, testing, and debugging techniques.
• Ability to collaborate in a hybrid environment, communicate clearly, and manage time effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
