Job Purpose

To design, develop, and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications by utilizing modern development frameworks and best practices. The role is responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions, integrating backend services, and owning the full software development lifecycle from database design to web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Dart).
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs to support business applications.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using Tailwind CSS.
• Support Arabic and Right-to-Left (RTL) user interfaces where applicable.

Full-Stack Development

• Develop end-to-end application features covering database, API, web, and mobile components.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and databases.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across different application layers.

Software Quality & Best Practices

• Write clean, maintainable, and type-safe code following software development best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing application enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Full-Stack Web Development.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience developing mobile applications using Flutter (Dart).
• Proven experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Experience with responsive web development using Tailwind CSS.

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with React and Next.js.
• Experience developing mobile applications using Flutter (Dart).
• Strong knowledge of REST API design and integration.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS and responsive web design.
• Understanding of database integration and end-to-end application development.
• Experience with Arabic/RTL interfaces is considered an advantage.
