• Proficiency in COBOL/CL, Angular, Node.js/React, Oracle DB, JavaScript, AKS, and Azure Cloud Services.
• Exposure to Alibaba Cloud, PolarDB, and AI technologies.
• Insurance domain experience, particularly distribution compensation systems.
• Experience managing large-scale projects and programs.

Required Qualifications

Education

Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in a technical leadership, lead developer, or team lead capacity.
• Experience managing sizable projects and/or programs is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end application stacks covering frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to solution design for new features and systems.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Implement security best practices including authentication, authorization, encryption, and threat mitigation.
• Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Manage external vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.
• Contribute to Agile planning, sprint execution, and user story delivery within a Scrum environment.
• Provide production support during non-office hours when required.
• Explore and evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential business impact
