🔧 Fullstack Developer (Fintech)

The Role:

We're a fintech company building products for the banking and financial services sector, and we're looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our engineering team as we scale our platform. You'll work on features that directly touch real financial transactions, with a strong focus on reliability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain fullstack features across our core platform
• Work closely with product managers and designers to shape new functionality
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance through testing, reviews, and monitoring
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning sessions
• Help maintain compliance with relevant financial and data protection regulations
• Contribute to on-call rotation and incident response as needed

Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with React or Angular, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Backend experience in Java or Node.js, ideally with experience building secure APIs
• Understanding of secure, compliant software development; fintech or banking experience a plus
• Familiarity with relational databases and cloud infrastructure
• Fluent English & German required
