Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Web Developer – Frontend & Backend with AI Expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development experience across frontend and backend technologies, combined with hands-on knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, LLMs, AI APIs, and AI-powered application development.

The candidate will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, architects, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver modern web solutions and integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
• Develop responsive and high-performance frontend applications.
• Build robust backend services, APIs, microservices, and integrations.
• Develop and integrate AI/Generative AI capabilities into web applications.
• Work with LLMs, AI APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Integrate AI models from platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google, or other enterprise AI providers.
• Develop AI-powered features such as chatbots, intelligent search, content generation, summarization, and recommendation systems.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and, where required, GraphQL services.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and user experience.
• Develop secure authentication, authorization, and API security mechanisms.
• Work with cloud platforms to deploy and manage web and AI-enabled applications.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow modern DevOps practices.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot application, performance, integration, and production issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the complete software development lifecycle.
• Evaluate emerging AI and web technologies and recommend appropriate solutions.

Required Experience

• 5–8+ years of professional experience in web/full-stack development.
• Strong experience in both frontend and backend development.

• Strong programming experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one backend language.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Practical experience integrating AI/Generative AI capabilities into applications.
• Experience working with cloud platforms and CI/CD environments.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications in cloud, AI, or software development are an advantage.
