About The Role

We are seeking a talented mid-level developer with a strong passion for applying AI and large language models (LLMs) to real-world enterprise software challenges. In this role, you will play a vital part in integrating AI features into our existing product suite and utilizing AI tools to streamline our software development processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, product management, and engineering, to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered modules that enhance our platform's capabilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of AI innovation within an enterprise environment, contributing to the evolution of a mature software platform with state-of-the-art AI features.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with C#/.NET and React/TypeScript
• Working knowledge of Python, especially for data processing or AI workflows
• Familiarity with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or Hugging Face
• Understanding of REST APIs, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and database systems (SQL or NoSQL)
• Experience building or integrating generative AI or LLM-based features
• Curiosity and capability to experiment with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Code Interpreter, or fine-tuned models
• Awareness of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or vector databases (a plus)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and pushing AI boundaries
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to exploring and documenting AI solutions
  
  

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core product features utilizing C#.NET for backend and React for frontend development
• Collaborate on the AI integration layer primarily written in Python to enable intelligent features across the platform
• Experiment with and implement AI use cases such as natural language query interfaces, automated data extraction, reporting, and workflow automation
• Leverage LLMs and AI tools like GitHub Copilot and OpenAI APIs to assist in designing, coding, and refactoring codebases
• Partner with the R&D team to prototype, evaluate, and productionize AI-enhanced modules
• Participate in system architecture discussions to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability
• Conduct code reviews, contribute to sprint planning, and create comprehensive technical documentation
• Stay updated with the latest AI advancements and incorporate relevant innovations into the product development cycle
