The role
As a Junior UI Engineer, you will support a significant engagement for our client, a major Italian renewable energy firm. This role exists to translate complex organizational data and performance metrics into clean, functional interfaces that help leadership teams make informed decisions about their operations. Working in a fully remote environment, you will bridge the gap between technical data structures and the practical needs of executive users who require clarity and precision above all else.

What you will do

• Build and maintain user interface components for internal dashboards that track organizational health and renewable energy project milestones.
• Translate wireframes and structural blueprints into functional code using standard web technologies.
• Collaborate with our consulting team to ensure that data visualizations accurately reflect the decision rights and accountability structures being implemented.
• Debug and resolve interface issues to ensure a smooth experience for executive stakeholders who rely on these tools for daily planning.
• Contribute to the documentation of design systems, ensuring that our technical output is as precise and organized as our written reports.
• Participate in peer code reviews to maintain high standards of logical consistency and code quality.
• Assist in the preparation of visual technical assets for client presentations, ensuring that complex findings are presented without clutter.
