Braun Management works with executive teams across Europe to solve organizational problems that have become too internal to fix. We provide rigorous analysis and honest, evidence-backed conclusions to help leadership teams navigate the complexities of structural change and governance.

The role
As a Junior UI Engineer, you will support a significant engagement for our client, a major Italian renewable energy firm. This role exists to translate complex organizational data and performance metrics into clean, functional interfaces that help leadership teams make informed decisions about their operations. Working in a fully remote environment, you will bridge the gap between technical data structures and the practical needs of executive users who require clarity and precision above all else.

What you will do
  • Build and maintain user interface components for internal dashboards that track organizational health and renewable energy project milestones.
  • Translate wireframes and structural blueprints into functional code using standard web technologies.
  • Collaborate with our consulting team to ensure that data visualizations accurately reflect the decision rights and accountability structures being implemented.
  • Debug and resolve interface issues to ensure a smooth experience for executive stakeholders who rely on these tools for daily planning.
  • Contribute to the documentation of design systems, ensuring that our technical output is as precise and organized as our written reports.
  • Participate in peer code reviews to maintain high standards of logical consistency and code quality.
  • Assist in the preparation of visual technical assets for client presentations, ensuring that complex findings are presented without clutter.

What we are looking for
  • Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript, with a strong interest in how these tools can solve functional business problems.
  • An understanding of user experience principles that focuses on utility and clarity rather than purely aesthetic trends.
  • The ability to take complex information and present it in a simple, organized manner for non-technical users.
  • High attention to detail, particularly regarding the precision of typography, spacing, and data alignment within a user interface.
  • A willingness to document your technical work thoroughly and explain your choices in plain, professional language.
  • A disciplined approach to remote work, showing reliability and the ability to manage individual tasks independently.
  • Curiosity about complex business systems and how structural consulting helps large organizations function more effectively.

How we work
Braun Management operates as a fully remote team, which means we rely heavily on written communication and structured documentation. We value the ability to explain a problem in writing before attempting to code a solution. Because our work involves sensitive organizational restructurings, we prioritize precision and evidence over speed or stylistic flair. Every team member is expected to contribute to a culture of accountability where individual work is measured by its accuracy and its ability to help our clients find a clear path forward.

What we offer
  • Full-time recruitment in a permanent, fully remote position.
  • A paid role with competitive compensation that reflects the importance of precision in our client work.
  • Support for a professional home office setup to ensure a productive working environment.
  • Exposure to high-stakes consulting projects for major European organizations.
  • A working culture that values clear thinking, sober analysis, and professional growth.
  • Opportunities to work at the intersection of technical engineering and organizational strategy.

In this role, your technical contributions help turn abstract organizational theories into concrete tools that our clients can use every day. By building clear interfaces for our Italian renewable energy client, you provide the structural transparency needed for leadership to address operational friction directly. Your work ensures that the truths uncovered by our analysis are not just understood, but are accessible and actionable for those tasked with leading the organization through change.
