Qualifications

• Front-end development skills such as modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React (or similar frameworks), responsive UI design, and component-based architecture.
• Back-end development experience with Node.js or Java/Spring Boot, RESTful APIs or GraphQL, and integration with relational or NoSQL databases.
• Cloud and DevOps familiarity, including AWS/GCP/Azure services, containerization (Docker), basic CI/CD practices, and application monitoring.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, design patterns, version control (Git), and unit/integration testing.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly in English, and work effectively in remote, agile environments.
• Experience building secure, accessible, and performant web applications in FinTech, HealthTech, or other regulated domains is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
