Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Frontend Developer to develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly, and high-performing interfaces for the company's digital insurance platform. The role will be responsible for converting UI/UX designs into functional web applications and ensuring smooth integration with backend services.

The candidate will work closely with UI/UX designers, Backend Developers, Product, and other relevant teams to develop and improve digital solutions for customers, insurance agents, and internal users.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and interactive web interfaces for the company's digital insurance platform.
• Convert UI/UX designs and prototypes into functional web applications.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
• Ensure websites and applications are responsive across different devices and browsers.
• Maintain reusable components and follow consistent coding practices.
• Optimize application performance, loading speed, and overall user experience.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend bugs and technical issues.
• Conduct testing of frontend features and ensure proper functionality before deployment.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Coordinate with Backend Developers for smooth API and system integration.
• Work with Product and other teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Review existing interfaces and recommend improvements where required.
• Maintain and update existing frontend applications as per business and user requirements.
• Complete assigned development tasks within agreed timelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2– 3 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js, Angular, Vue.js, or similar.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and API integration.
• Experience developing responsive web applications.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and design implementation.
• Proficiency in Git/version control.
• Good knowledge of frontend performance optimization and debugging.
• Understanding of web security and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an IT/software development environment.
• Experience developing insurance, fintech, banking, e-commerce, or other digital service platforms will be an advantage.
• Experience working with customer portals, dashboards, forms, and workflow-based applications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
• Experience working with Figma or similar UI/UX design tools.
