    About The Company

Münzenversandhaus Reppa GmbH is an innovative, medium-sized family business specializing in mail-order retail. For more than 55 years, we have built lasting relationships with our customers and continued to grow. Our success is grounded in a strong team, a commitment to quality, and the enthusiasm we share for our business. As we prepare for exciting projects and further development, we are looking to welcome a Web Developer / Shopware Developer to the Reppa family. You will contribute to the ongoing evolution of our e-commerce platforms and help us create reliable, effective digital experiences for our customers.

    About The Role

In this full-time role, you will develop, maintain, and optimize digital applications and e-commerce features using Shopware. You will work with colleagues to translate operational and business requirements into practical technical solutions, from initial requirements and solution concepts through implementation and ongoing improvement. Your work will span both the frontend and backend, as well as integrations with external tools and connected systems. You will also help maintain the performance, availability, and stability of our online shop solutions. This position is suited to a developer who enjoys taking ownership, approaching technical challenges methodically, and contributing ideas to a growing family business.

    Qualifications

You have completed vocational training as an application development specialist, Shopware developer, or in a comparable field, or hold a degree in computer science or a related discipline. Relevant experience developing or supporting e-commerce solutions is expected; practical Shopware experience is particularly welcome. You are familiar with relational databases such as MySQL or MariaDB and comfortable using development tools such as PHPStorm, Git, and common testing tools. Knowledge of stylesheet preprocessors, including SASS/SCSS or LESS, will be useful in this role. Familiarity with performance optimization, API and interface development, and SEO is an advantage. You work independently and in a structured, solution-oriented way, communicate effectively with colleagues, and are motivated to keep your technical knowledge current through learning and professional exchange.

    Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize Shopware applications, features, and digital services. Translate operational needs into clear technical requirements and suitable implementation concepts. Create custom plugins, adapt existing solutions, and integrate third-party plugins where appropriate. Maintain and enhance the frontend and backend of our e-commerce platforms. Integrate external web tools and services into the existing system landscape, and maintain and improve interfaces to connected systems to support reliable data exchange. Monitor shop and server performance using appropriate monitoring and analysis tools, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to stable, dependable operations. Help ensure the functionality and availability of our shop solutions. Collaborate with colleagues and continue building your expertise through training, certifications, and knowledge sharing.

    Benefits

Join an innovative family-owned company with a varied role and opportunities to grow alongside the business. Flexible working hours through a flexitime model support work-life balance. You will be part of a collegial team with a collaborative culture across all levels of the company. We offer opportunities for professional development, a contribution toward retirement savings, and health-related benefits, including a fitness allowance and supplementary company health insurance. Employees can also access JobRad bicycle leasing, staff discounts, and special offers from well-known brands. Further benefits include regular team and employee events, free coffee and fruit, free company parking, and attractive performance-based compensation.

    Equal Opportunity
