Our client is Looking a Software Engineer III to play a key role in building and enhancing modern web applications. This position focuses on developing interactive front-end solutions using Angular while also contributing to backend services powered by Node.js.

The role involves close collaboration with experienced engineers, product teams, and designers to deliver scalable, high-quality features that improve overall user experience.

This is a hands-on opportunity suited for candidates with solid technical expertise, a strong sense of ownership, and a passion for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. In addition to development work, the role offers opportunities to influence engineering practices, participate in peer reviews, and support the growth of junior team members through mentorship and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance front-end components using Angular and TypeScript.
• Support backend service development leveraging Node.js and Express.
• Contribute to the development and integration of RESTful services.
• Write well-structured, testable, and scalable code aligned with best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including bugs and performance challenges.
• Actively participate in peer code reviews and contribute to improving engineering standards.
• Collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams.
• Provide guidance and informal mentorship to less experienced engineers when needed.
• Engage in sprint planning, technical discussions, and estimation exercises.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Technical Expertise

• 3–5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Angular (version 8 or above) and TypeScript
• Node.js with Express
• HTML and CSS
• Relational databases such as MariaDB or similar
• Experience working with RESTful APIs (both development and consumption).
• Solid understanding of full-stack development principles and modern engineering practices.
• Familiarity with tools like Git, GitHub, JIRA, and Confluence.

Development Practices

• Strong analytical and debugging skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum.
• Exposure to unit testing and test-driven development concepts.

Collaboration & Communication

• Effective communication skills for working in distributed teams.
• Ability to adapt quickly, learn new technologies, and work independently when required.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
