JCW Group is partnering with a leading organization to identify a Workday & Greenhouse Integration Developer for a contract engagement.

This role will architect and build custom data pipelines between Workday and Greenhouse, supporting complex requisition approval chains, bi-directional field mapping, dynamic dropdown syncing, and user permission management. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and RaaS reporting, paired with deep technical knowledge of the Greenhouse Developer Center, HRIS Link, Harvest API, and webhooks. Strong XSLT/XML/JSON skills and experience aligning HR business processes with system workflows are essential.

Key Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and RaaS custom reporting
• Deep technical familiarity with Greenhouse Developer Center, HRIS Link schemas, Harvest API, and webhooks
• Advanced proficiency in writing and troubleshooting XSLT transformations, XML, and JSON payloads
• Strong background aligning complex HR business processes with system integrations, including approval workflows and candidate-to-pre-hire conversion
• Experience with Workday Web Services (WWS) and Security Group configuration
• Rigorous testing and root-cause analysis skills across sandbox environments
