Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of complex technology projects, overseeing a team of developers skilled in distributed microservices, full-stack systems, and cloud-native architectures.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance backend solutions that meet regulatory and business requirements.
- Collaborate with digital product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative cloud-based solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, participate in internal and external technology communities, and continuously experiment with new tools and frameworks to improve development practices.
