Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain modern web applications across the frontend and backend
• Develop scalable and reliable features using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
• Collaborate closely with designers, product stakeholders, and fellow engineers
• Take ownership of projects from implementation to deployment
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude to improve productivity, code quality, and learning
• Review, test, debug, and optimize applications for performance and maintainability
• Contribute ideas that improve both the product and engineering processes

Required Technical Skills

• 1–4 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong experience building full-stack web applications
• Proficiency in React.js and modern frontend development
• Experience with Node.js and backend API development
• Familiarity with Next.js and modern web architecture
• Understanding of databases, REST APIs, and software design principles
• Experience with TypeScript is a plus

Work Arrangement

• Location: Fully Remote (Work From Home)
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (WIB)
