Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web systems using TypeScript
• Build UI components and web applications using React
• Develop backend APIs using NestJS and TypeORM
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases
• Collaborate with the team to improve product quality

Future Career path

• Grow into a BrSE (Bridge System Engineer) by working closely with Japanese customers and improving communication & requirement-analysis skills
• Advance toward a Project Manager role by taking ownership of task planning, team coordination, and project delivery
• Develop into a Tech Lead by guiding technical direction, reviewing code, and mentoring junior members

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in web development (TypeScript, React, NestJS)
• Experience with TypeORM and PostgreSQL is a strong advantage
• Good understanding of teamwork and development workflows
• Japanese proficiency: JLPT N2 (strong) or above
• Ability to communicate requirements clearly with customers and team members
