2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Next.js / AI) will build autonomous AI agents and multi-step large language model (LLM) workflows that automate complex tasks for numerous sales and marketing teams. This role involves end-to-end feature ownership—from designing in collaboration with product teams to deploying production-ready solutions—and delivering impactful features rapidly that directly benefit users.

3. Responsibilities:

• Develop autonomous agents capable of multi-step reasoning using planning, tool use, and memory.
• Build and maintain an operational platform including dashboards, workflow automation, and client management.
• Create LLM-powered onboarding and personalization pipelines tailored to user business contexts.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team and product to design and ship features.
• Utilize AI-first development tools and trunk-based development practices.
• Deliver working prototypes quickly and iterate based on user feedback.

4. Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience shipping production React/Next.js and TypeScript applications.
• Proven ability to own full-stack features from concept through deployment.
• Experience with Postgres and serverless infrastructure platforms (e.g., Vercel, Cloudflare).
• Practical experience building real applications with LLMs beyond basic ChatGPT usage.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or OpenCode is a strong plus.
• Experience building multi-agent systems, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, or LLM-powered features is desirable.
• Technical understanding of embeddings, vector search, or agent architecture enhances candidacy.
• Ability to deliver high-quality code rapidly without sacrificing standards.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Base salary range of $140,000 to $180,000 depending on experience.
• Fully remote work arrangement.
