Ichilov is hiring an experienced Full Stack Developer (React / .NET) to join the Digital Department within the Information Systems Division.

This is a meaningful role focused on building end-to-end Web applications in the healthcare and patient experience domains, working on complex systems, introducing new technologies, and exploring AI-powered solutions.

Job Details

🔹 Responsibilities:

☆ Design and develop end-to-end Web applications for critical internal 

systems in the healthcare and patient domains.

☆ Build and maintain complex systems, integrations, and organizational processes.

☆ Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions.

☆ Work closely with system managers, business users, and cross-functional technology teams.

☆ Participate in advanced technology projects, adopt new technologies, and gain exposure to AI-powered solutions.

🔹 Requirements:

☆ 3+ years of Full Stack development experience in an organizational environment.

☆ Proven experience developing Web applications using .NET / .NET Core.

☆ Strong frontend development experience with React.

☆ Experience working with databases (SQL / NoSQL).

☆ Good understanding of Web application architecture and scalable systems.

☆ Experience working with existing systems and maintaining production code.

☆ Experience with cloud services (AWS, especially Amazon S3 and AWS Lambda) - an advantage.

☆ Experience with Node.js or Python - an advantage.

☆ Experience building AI Agents or integrating AI capabilities into enterprise systems - an advantage.
