You'll use Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and autonomous agents to take products from understanding customer problems through product design, architecture, development, testing and production.

Less time manually writing code. More time understanding customers, making product decisions, solving complex engineering problems and getting AI agents to do the heavy lifting.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Owning full-stack product development, from understanding customer problems through to shipping and improving products in production.

• Building agentic AI products used by real enterprise customers.

• Making product and architectural decisions, balancing customer needs, speed and technical quality.

• Using spec-driven development, parallel AI agents and automated testing and reviews.

• Helping shape how agentic development is used across engineering.

• Working directly with Product and Design to decide what gets built, why it matters and how to deliver it.

• Taking technical ownership of complex problems while staying hands-on.

WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong full-stack engineering experience and architectural knowledge.

• A product-focused engineer who enjoys understanding customers, shaping solutions and owning the outcome.

• Experience taking products or complex features from idea to production.

• Already using Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar AI coding agents extensively.

• A genuine understanding of agentic workflows, spec-driven development and AI-native engineering.

• Someone who enjoys challenging ideas, collaborating with Product and Design and improving how software gets built.

STACK: Python, JavaScript, Vue and AWS, but they're open to any full-stack technical background.

You don't need to have held a Staff Engineer title before. If you're already taking ownership of complex products and technical decisions, you could be just as relevant.
