You'd join a FinTech SaaS scale-up that's raised £25M, has hundreds of paying customers and has already processed over £1bn through its platform.

They're building agentic AI products already being used in production, automating complex financial, compliance and onboarding workflows.

You'll use Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and autonomous agents to take products from an initial idea through development, testing, reviews and production.

Less time manually writing code. More time solving customer problems, designing systems and getting AI agents to do the heavy lifting while you focus on the harder engineering problems.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Building agentic AI products used by real enterprise customers.

• Owning full-stack product development from idea to production.

• Using spec-driven development, parallel AI agents and automated testing and reviews.

• Making technical and architectural decisions.

• Working closely with Product and Design to decide what gets built.

WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong full-stack engineering experience.

• Experience building complex software and making architectural decisions.

• Already using Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar tools in your daily workflow.

• A genuine interest in agentic development and building products.

• Someone who enjoys working with other talented engineers.

STACK: Python, JavaScript, Vue and AWS, but any full-stack background is welcome.

You don't need to have held a Senior title before.

And there's plenty of room to grow into Staff, Principal and beyond without moving into management.
