We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Technical Lead to join MeteorOps and work with one of our clients on the development and evolution of a complex business platform spanning sales, shopping, CRM, and shared services.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You will own the technical direction and day-to-day delivery of the project while continuing to write production code, design solutions, support other developers, and make sure the platform remains reliable, maintainable, and scalable.

The position is full-time. Candidates based in Israel are preferred, but strong international candidates are also welcome provided they can work with sufficient overlap with Israel working hours.

What you'll be doing:

• Own the technical direction and day-to-day delivery of the project while remaining hands-on with production code
• Design and build reliable frontend, backend, API, and database solutions
• Lead code reviews and establish standards for quality, testing, and documentation
• Improve integrations across sales, shopping, CRM, gateways, and shared services
• Improve deployments, monitoring, performance, security, and production reliability
• Mentor developers, remove technical blockers, and support the team’s growth
• Collaborate closely with product and infrastructure teams on technical and architectural decisions

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, Django, Angular, React, and TypeScript
• Proven experience leading technical delivery and mentoring other developers
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, data modeling, and production database work
• Experience with REST APIs, integrations, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Strong ownership, production troubleshooting, and technical decision-making skills
• Strong English and ability to work with distributed teams with overlap with Israel working hours
