About The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and evolving Seeq's comprehensive data analytics platform from end-to-end. You will work across both frontend and backend systems, taking ownership of features from the user interface to the database layer. As a key contributor, you will collaborate closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to understand user needs, make informed technical decisions, and deliver high-quality, reliable software solutions. Your expertise will help shape the future of our enterprise product, enabling industrial organizations to harness their data effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong track record of delivering complex features
  • Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling such as Tailwind CSS
  • Solid backend experience with JVM languages like Kotlin, Python, or GraphQL
  • Strong understanding of databases, distributed systems, and cloud platforms
  • Experience in building polished, responsive user interfaces
  • Experience with testing, continuous integration, and clean code practices
  • Ability to mentor and guide other engineers, fostering a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical decisions and user needs
  • Product and user-focused mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and drive for impact

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of features across the entire technology stack, from frontend interfaces to backend services and data layers
  • Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to gather requirements, make technical decisions, and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Own features from conception to deployment, ensuring reliability and performance
  • Build intuitive, responsive, and polished user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tools
  • Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and data integrations to support frontend functionalities
  • Work with databases and distributed systems to optimize data flow and system performance
  • Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices within the team
  • Introduce and advocate for new technologies and approaches, including AI integration, to improve development efficiency and product capabilities
  • Address bugs promptly, reduce technical debt, and ensure continuous delivery of features
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions
