We're looking for a senior developer with a hunger to learn and grow – someone who loves going deep, tackling new challenges, and scaling alongside the product. You'll take real ownership of critical backend services and play a central role in building our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Develop backend services in NestJS/TypeScript within a Microservices architecture, using MongoDB and RabbitMQ
• Build and maintain APIs, integrations, and internal tools for financial advisors
• Develop client-side features using React
• Conduct code reviews, maintain code quality, and investigate production issues
• Collaborate closely with the product team
• Work with AWS and CI/CD as part of your regular workflow
• Integrate AI tools into the day-to-day development process

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and REST APIs
• Strong familiarity with MongoDB
• Hands-on experience with AWS (IAM, EC2, S3)
• Ability to take ownership, make decisions, and drive features end-to-end
• Curiosity and a proven ability to learn new technologies quickly – especially AI tools

Bonus:

• Experience working with AI tools / LLMs and integrating them into development workflows
• Experience with React, fintech/CRM products, microservices, and DevOps
