About The Role

Following significant digital transformation efforts, the company is expanding its software development team and seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the technical direction of a large-scale cloud platform used daily by thousands of users. This position is not a maintenance role but a strategic one, focused on evolving a cloud-native platform by delivering new functionalities, enhancing performance and scalability, and establishing best engineering practices. The Senior Software Developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product stakeholders, to address real business challenges, contribute to architectural decisions, and foster continuous improvement within the engineering function.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience developing applications with TypeScript and Node.js
• Strong background in modern frontend development, preferably with React or similar frameworks
• Experience in developing cloud-hosted applications, with AWS being preferred
• Knowledge of REST APIs and microservice architecture
• Proficiency in SQL databases and data modeling
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices
• A passion for writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
