Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Stack Web Development: Design, develop, code, and maintain responsive, visually striking web applications and websites that align with our agency’s high creative standards.
2. AI Research & Prototyping: Constantly explore emerging AI models, tools, APIs, and frameworks to build smarter, richer user experiences.
3. Proactive Implementation: Identify friction points in existing agency workflows or client websites and independently propose, prototype, and build automated, AI-driven solutions.
4. Rapid Upskilling: Dedicate regular time to master shifting software libraries, architectures, and cutting-edge development tools, sharing knowledge openly across the wider creative and strategy teams.
5. Collaborative Innovation: Partner closely with UI/UX designers, copywriters, and content strategists to turn imaginative creative concepts into fully functional digital realities.

Technical & Practical Foundation

1. Solid command of standard web stacks: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
2. Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Next.js) and back-end environments (Node.js, Python, Go, or similar).
3. Familiarity with consuming RESTful/GraphQL APIs and deploying cloud solutions.
4. AI Literacy: Conceptual understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and API integration. Actual hands-on experience building is highly valued.
