Senior Full-Stack Engineer (JavaScript / TypeScript)

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a strong JavaScript foundation to join our team in a long-term client engagement. This role is frontend-leaning and centered on Angular, plain JavaScript and TypeScript, working within a mature and evolving codebase. The environment includes Angular, PHP, Node.js and AWS, and requires comfort navigating a multi-technology stack. The ideal candidate is adaptable, communicates clearly, and can contribute beyond pure implementation by supporting maintainability, knowledge sharing, and team growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend-heavy applications primarily using Angular, plain JavaScript and TypeScript in a complex existing codebase.
• Enhance and maintain frontend features.
• Contribute to backend development using PHP or Node.js.
• Collaborate on cloud-related work, including applications and services hosted on AWS.
• Participate in technical discussions focused on maintainability, scalability, and gradual modernization.
• Deliver knowledge transfer (KT) sessions and support onboarding or upskilling of team members.
• Act as a subject matter expert in JavaScript and selected internal systems.
• Provide guidance and light mentorship to other engineers, helping raise overall team capability.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong professional experience with Angular, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Solid background in frontend application development and familiarity with Angular
• Full-stack experience, including backend work with PHP or Node.js.
• Familiarity with AWS and cloud-hosted application environments.
• Comfort working across a loosely defined or evolving tech stack.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance, and long-term maintainability.
• Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Deeper experience with AWS services or cloud architecture.
• Experience contributing to technical leadership or early architectural discussions.
