Role Description The No-Code Developer will design, build, and maintain applications and workflows using no-code and low-code platforms to support educational and administrative processes. Day-to-day tasks include gathering requirements from stakeholders, modeling data and logic, configuring integrations between systems, testing and iterating on solutions, and documenting workflows and application behavior. The role involves collaborating with academic and operations teams to translate business needs into functional, user-friendly tools, as well as monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues in existing no-code solutions. This is a part-time remote role, offering flexible hours while requiring reliable communication and timely delivery of assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Computer Science to understand systems, data structures, and application logic.
• Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Programming to model workflows, design structured solutions, and reason about application behavior.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Back-End Web Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts to work effectively with APIs, data models, and modular solution design.
• Candidates should possess experience or strong interest in no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Airtable, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Power Apps) and building automated workflows.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment.
• Relevant coursework or a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in education or edtech is a plus.
