Role Description The Mid-Level Full Stack Developer will work on-site in Rustenburg in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of web applications across both front-end and back-end layers. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, optimizing application performance, and ensuring responsive, accessible, and secure web experiences. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, reviewing code for quality and consistency, and participating in testing and troubleshooting. The developer will help maintain documentation, support deployments, and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process and technology stack.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience working across the complete web application lifecycle.
• Candidates should possess front-end skills in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), with an ability to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including building APIs, integrating databases, and ensuring application security and scalability.
• Experience with common web frameworks, version control systems (such as Git), and modern development practices (e.g., CI/CD, code reviews) is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment are required.
• A relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
