Role Description The Full Stack Developer will work on-site in St. Petersburg, FL in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of web applications across the front-end and back-end. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building and optimizing server-side logic, integrating APIs, and ensuring responsive, high-performance applications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and participate in code reviews and testing for quality assurance. The Full Stack Developer will also troubleshoot issues, perform debugging, and help improve development processes, documentation, and deployment practices.
Qualifications

• Strong front-end development skills, including experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Proficiency in back-end web development and software development, including building and maintaining server-side applications and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with full-stack development, working across both client-side and server-side components.
• Familiarity with modern frameworks and tools (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, .NET, or similar) and version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, with solid problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), application security best practices, and performance optimization.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in an on-site team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
