Full Stack Developer at Sofitect

Sofitect is a global technology consulting company helping enterprises and startups build, launch, and scale digital products, from UX and branding to full stack and AI development. Our development team is based in Bucharest, where we turn bold ideas into production ready solutions.

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team.

This role requires 3 days a week on site at our office in Hermes Business Campus, 3 minutes from Pipera metro station.

Requirements

• Proficient in TypeScript (frontend and backend)
• Experience with React and its ecosystem (React Query, React Hook Form, Zod)
• Familiarity with micro frontend architecture (Webpack Module Federation is a plus)
• Experience with Node.js and Express
• Experience with a SQL database and an ORM (preferably PostgreSQL + Prisma)
• Familiarity with Redis (caching, sessions, queues)
• Experience writing tests with Jest and Playwright
• Comfortable working in a monorepo setup (pnpm, Turbo, or similar)
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
• Exposure to Tailwind CSS and component library patterns (shadcn/Radix UI is a plus)
