Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Developer role based in Voat Phnum. The Software Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and back-end services. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, reviewing code from peers, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system performance. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, contributing to technical designs, and participating in deployment and maintenance activities. The Software Developer is expected to follow best practices, document work clearly, and support continuous improvement of development processes.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
• Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and ability to design modular, maintainable code.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to analyze problems, propose solutions, and work effectively in a team-based environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with testing frameworks, debugging tools, and performance optimization is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements.
