Role Direction:

Traze is building a global trading App centered around the trader experience. We expect frontend engineers to do more than just "turning designs into pages" — we want you to work alongside Product to elevate user experience, interaction efficiency, and product iteration speed.

You will support Traze App's core product lines, including Account & User Operations, Trading Execution, Growth, Community & Copy-Trading, Education & Tools, Fund Management, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop frontend features for Traze App / Web — covering account registration, KYC, trading flows, fund management, campaign pages, education tools, community, and other modules

- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX designers, Backend engineers, and Operations to rapidly translate product requirements into shippable frontend features

- Focus on C-end user experience — optimize from the angles of page load speed, interaction smoothness, path simplification, visual consistency, and more

- Leverage mature frontend components, open-source solutions, and AI coding tools to improve development efficiency and avoid re-inventing the wheel

- Use AI tools such as Cursor, Copilot, Codex, and Claude Code to assist with code generation, refactoring, debugging, and testing

- Support rapid iteration cycles — comfortable with multiple releases per week and a "move fast" development cadence

- Contribute to frontend engineering infrastructure — including componentization, code standards, performance optimization, automated builds, and release processes

Required Qualifications:

- 3+ years of frontend development experience — experience with C-end Apps, Web Apps, FinTech, e-commerce, community platforms, or tool-based products is preferred

- Proficient in mainstream frontend tech stacks — React / Vue / TypeScript / JavaScript, etc.

- Strong component-based development mindset — able to build reusable components to improve team productivity

- Sensitive to user experience — not just completing pages, but caring about whether they are usable, smooth, and intuitive

- Keen interest in new technologies and tools — proactive in using AI tools to boost development efficiency

- Good communication skills — able to quickly align on solutions with Product, Design, and Backend teams and drive releases

- Basic English reading ability — able to read English technical documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with trading Apps, brokerage Apps, FinTech, payments, wallets, market data, charts, or real-time data

- Familiarity with mobile H5, Hybrid App, cross-platform development, mini-programs, or React Native / Flutter

- Experience with frontend performance optimization, low-code platforms, component libraries, or design system development

- Familiarity with TradingView chart integration, market data display, trading order flows, and fund processes

- Ability to quickly build demos / prototypes using AI tools

- 能够使用成熟前端组件、开源方案、AI coding 工具，提高开发效率，避免重复造轮子

- 使用 Cursor、Copilot、Codex、Claude Code 等 AI 工具辅助代码生成、重构、排错和测试

- 配合产品线快速迭代，支持一周多次发布、小步快跑的开发节奏

- 参与前端工程化建设，包括组件化、代码规范、性能优化、自动化构建和发布流程

任职要求：

- 3 年以上前端开发经验，有 C 端 App / Web App / 金融科技 / 电商 / 社区 / 工具类产品经验优先

- 熟悉 React / Vue / TypeScript / JavaScript 等主流前端技术栈

- 有良好的组件化开发意识，能沉淀可复用组件，提高团队开发效率

- 对用户体验敏感，不只是完成页面，而是关注页面是否好用、顺畅、易理解

- 对新技术和新工具敏感，愿意主动使用 AI 工具提升开发效率

- 有较好的沟通能力，能和产品、设计、后端一起快速确认方案并推动上线

- 有基本英文阅读能力，能阅读英文技术文档

加分项：

- 有交易 App、券商 App、FinTech、支付、钱包、行情、图表、实时数据相关经验

- 熟悉移动端 H5、Hybrid App、跨端开发、小程序或 React Native / Flutter

- 有前端性能优化、低代码平台、组件库、设计系统建设经验

- 熟悉 TradingView 图表、行情展示、交易下单、资金流程等场景

- 能用 AI 快速搭建 Demo / Prototype
