We’re looking for a Senior Kentico Xperience by Kentico (XbyK) Developer to take ownership of the architecture, development, and ongoing evolution of enterprise-grade digital experience platforms.

This is a senior technical role involving solution design, development, integrations, technical leadership, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, solution design, and development of Kentico Xperience (XbyK) implementations.
• Develop custom modules, Page Builder components, Form Builder features, and digital marketing functionality.
• Design and manage integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Ensure strong performance, security, SEO readiness, scalability, and maintainability.
• Lead technical decisions, coding standards, best practices, and mentor junior/mid-level developers.
• Manage Kentico upgrades and migrations, including legacy-to-Xperience transitions.
• Drive CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment practices for Kentico solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kentico CMS, including recent Xperience by Kentico (XbyK) experience.
• Strong knowledge of .NET / ASP.NET Core, C#, and MVC architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Kentico Page Builder, Form Builder, and Content Hub / structured content management.
• Strong front-end skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, with exposure to React or similar frameworks.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating external systems.
• Good understanding of cloud environments, preferably Azure, and deployment pipelines.
• Strong technical leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with experience working with international clients.

Nice to Have

• Kentico / Xperience certification.
• Experience with headless CMS architecture and multi-channel content delivery.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms or MarTech integrations.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
