About the Client:
We're a fast-growing workplace health & safety (WHS) software startup helping construction, mining and mining services companies globally work safer and smarter. We're in a genuine growth phase, which means real ownership, fast learning, and the chance to shape how we market as we scale. If you want to level up quickly and build a career (not just clock hours), this is the seat.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a small, fast-moving team building AI-powered Work Health and Safety (WHS) SaaS applications. You will work directly alongside our founders and collaborate closely with Claude Code as a coding partner, contributing to both greenfield features and ongoing platform evolution.
You will be a core contributor across the full stack: our Node.js/Express API and Prisma/PostgreSQL backend, through to the React 19 frontend, supporting everything from schema design and UI component development to background job processing and third-party integrations.

This is a high-autonomy role. You will pair closely with Claude Code on a daily basis, so comfort working in an AI-augmented development workflow is essential. The team is small, the codebase is well-structured, and the problems are genuinely interesting.
You will be joining at an exciting stage: the platform is production-ready across its full feature set, and the focus now is on quality, scale, and new capability development. You will have genuine influence over architectural decisions and the pace to ship meaningful work quickly.
