About The Role

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of technical design and development as a tech lead, focusing on cross-platform, fault-tolerant application systems that meet business requirements.
  • Continuously improve the developer experience by identifying gaps in existing frameworks and tools, and contributing to their enhancement.
  • Establish and promote engineering best practices, including code review standards, testing protocols, and deployment procedures, to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
  • Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support, defining standards and offering guidance to ensure adherence to engineering principles.
  • Own architecture decisions by applying a comprehensive understanding of evolving technologies, following High-Level Design (HLD) methodologies, and contributing to architectural documentation.
  • Mentor junior and intermediate associates, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
