Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Developer role based in the Greater Chennai Area. The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end components, ensuring smooth integration and performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building and optimizing server-side logic, working with databases, and collaborating with product and design teams to deliver features from concept to deployment. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, writing clean and testable code, participating in code reviews, and contributing to architecture and technical decisions. The developer will also support continuous improvement of development processes, documentation, and security practices.
Qualifications

• Strong front-end development skills, including experience with modern frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Proficiency in back-end web development and server-side programming, with knowledge of APIs and database integration.
• Hands-on experience in full-stack development, connecting front-end interfaces with back-end services.
• Solid background in general software development, including version control, testing, and debugging.
• Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases and basic understanding of application security and performance optimization.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools is an advantage.
