Role Description

• Joining a specialized core team of 5 software engineers, taking full End-to-End ownership over core platform features and AI-driven clinical workflow services.
• Developing production-grade software primarily in Node.js (~70%), alongside backend and data processing logic in Python.
• Building responsive, modern user interfaces utilizing React and TypeScript.
• Architecting and deploying serverless, scalable Cloud architectures on AWS leveraging AWS Lambda, Amazon Bedrock (GenAI), SQS, and DynamoDB.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced AI pipelines directly into enterprise healthcare workflows.

Requirements-

• 4 years of hands-on software engineering experience with a strong End-to-End (Fullstack) mindset – Mandatory
• Proven hands-on development experience with Node.js and Python (backend, data processing, or AI pipelines) – Mandatory
• Strong proficiency in frontend development using TypeScript and React – Mandatory
• Solid experience designing and building scalable cloud applications on AWS (e.g., Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB) – Mandatory
• Passion for clean code, system performance, high scalability, and adopting emerging AI/Cloud tools – Mandatory
• Experience working in Digital Health / HealthTech / Healthcare IT environments – Advantage
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs, GenAI architectures (e.g., Bedrock), or data-intensive applications – Advantage
