Role Description This is a remote, part-time, entry-level Graduate Developer role with a focus on learning, collaboration, and practical project experience. The Graduate Developer will assist in developing, testing, and maintaining software features under the guidance of more experienced developers. Daily tasks may include writing clean, well-documented code, fixing bugs, participating in code reviews, and supporting the implementation of new functionalities. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional team members, attending stand-up meetings, and contributing to technical discussions and documentation. This position is designed to help early-career professionals build strong technical foundations while working on real-world projects in a supportive environment.
Qualifications

• Foundational programming skills in at least one language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar) and a basic understanding of object-oriented or functional programming concepts.
• Basic knowledge of web or application development practices, such as version control (Git), debugging, and working with APIs or databases.
• Ability to analyze problems, break them into smaller tasks, and apply logical, structured thinking to develop solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document work clearly and collaborate effectively in a remote team.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn new tools, frameworks, and methodologies, and to accept feedback constructively.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle part-time remote work, prioritize tasks, and meet agreed deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with agile or iterative development environments is a plus, as well as interest in career development and corporate strategy topics.
