Role Description This is a full-time remote Web Developer role. The Web Developer will build, maintain, and optimize websites and web applications that support clients’ digital strategies. Daily tasks include implementing front-end interfaces, developing secure and scalable back-end services, integrating third-party tools and APIs, and ensuring consistent performance and responsiveness across devices and browsers. The role also involves collaborating with designers, marketers, and project managers, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and maintaining clear documentation and code standards. The Web Developer will contribute to ongoing improvements, troubleshoot issues, and support testing and deployment processes in a collaborative, outcome-focused environment.
Qualifications

• Strong front-end development skills, including experience with Front-End Development and Web Design.
• Proficiency in server-side and database-related tasks, including Back-End Web Development and general Web Development.
• Solid Programming skills with modern languages and frameworks commonly used for web applications.
• Ability to create responsive, user-centered interfaces and optimize for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Comfort with integrating APIs, third-party services, and automation tools within web solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Effective communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, or CRM integrations is a plus.
