We are a small, fast-moving team working across React, GraphQL, and AWS to deliver next-generation digital tools.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer focused on full-stack application development. You’ll lead the design and implementation of core platform modules, APIs, and web interfaces that power daily workflows across our ecosystem. This is a hands-on role emphasizing architecture, code quality, and system scalability. Experience with 3D visualization or ML integration is considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain core application features.
• Implement backend services and integrations using AWS ecosystem.
• Define and enforce application architecture, performance, and security standards.
• Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and stakeholders to deliver clean, reliable releases.
• Review code, mentor developers, and drive best practices
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and improve deployment processes within AWS

Qualifications Required:

• 5+ years of experience in modern web application development
• Strong CS foundation: data structures, algorithms, software architecture, and design patterns
• Fluency in our stack: Node/TypeScript, PostgreSQL
• Strong understanding of AWS ecosystem (EventBridge, Cognito, Cedar/AVP, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB/RDS, ...)
• Strong knowledge in other programming languages (Python, C++)
• Familiarity with E2E testing frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and make architecture-level decisions

Nice to Have:

• Healthcare or regulated-data experience (privacy/compliance-aware development)
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration, distributed systems, or high-performance computing
