Job Description

As a Software Engineer, you will play an important role in supporting the company’s digital transformation and operational excellence through the development of scalable and reliable applications. This position is responsible for delivering end-to-end application solutions, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and continuously improving system performance and user experience across business functions.

Responsibilities

1. Develop, maintain, and enhance web-based applications to support business operations and digital initiatives.
2. Collaborate with users and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
3. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including system design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
4. Build and integrate application features across frontend, backend, database, and system architecture layers.
5. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues while driving continuous improvement and system optimization.
6. Prepare and maintain technical documentation to support development standards and knowledge sharing.
7. Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate opportunities to improve development efficiency and solution quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or other related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of software development fundamentals, application lifecycle, databases, and API integration.
• Familiarity with frontend and/or backend development concepts and best practices.
• Exposure to technologies such as React, Next.js, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Go, or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience through internships, academic projects, personal projects, portfolio, or GitHub contributions will be an advantage.
• Familiar with version control systems (Git), deployment processes, cloud environments, or AI-assisted development tools.
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and collaborative working style.
