2. About the Opportunity:
The Software Developer Sr role on the Workforce Management team involves contributing to the full software development lifecycle of advanced HCM solutions. This position supports the delivery of innovative features that enhance workforce management capabilities, impacting the productivity and effectiveness of customers worldwide. It requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentoring of other developers to maintain high-quality software standards.
3. Responsibilities:
• Participate in design, analysis, prototyping, development, testing, deployment, and support of workforce management software.
• Collaborate with product owners, design teams, implementation partners, and engineering teams to deliver quality solutions.
• Conduct peer code reviews and provide mentorship to developers.
• Develop scalable and maintainable software using modern engineering practices.
• Contribute to both frontend and backend development of web applications and APIs.
• Engage in Agile development processes with cross-functional collaboration.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and software quality.
4. Requirements:
• 5+ years of C#/.NET experience including async/await and LINQ with strong object-oriented programming skills.
• Experience with modern .NET technologies (.NET 6, 7, or 8) and modernizing .NET Framework applications.
• 2–3+ years building production user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, SVG, Web APIs, JSON, REST APIs; knowledge of gRPC or GraphQL is a plus.
• Strong SQL Server skills including indexing, query optimization, and transaction management.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with automated testing practices and security fundamentals including OWASP, OAuth2/OIDC, and PII handling.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codeium, or Sourcegraph Cody.
• Self-motivated with strong communication and collaboration skills.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
