About The Role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work on one or more of our new product initiatives, contributing to the development of scalable, reliable, and user-centric features. You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into high-quality software solutions. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and enhancing our existing platform, building new functionalities, and automating processes to improve team productivity. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of manufacturing technology, utilizing modern web development frameworks and cloud services to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack web development
• Proficiency in backend technologies such as Python, and experience with frontend frameworks like React
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CSS frameworks
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar
• Understanding of service-oriented architectures and API design
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to proposing improvements
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Demonstrated ownership and focus on building maintainable, scalable solutions
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable product features that meet customer expectations for reliability and usability
• Work across the entire technology stack, from cloud infrastructure (AWS) to backend (Python, Postgres) and frontend (React, HTML, CSS)
• Participate in regular design and planning meetings to align development efforts with product goals
• Create tools and automation scripts to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity
• Advocate for best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Stay current with emerging technologies and incorporate them into development processes as appropriate
