Role Overview
The Full-Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications. This role works across the entire software development lifecycle, creating scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences. The position requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to collaborate with cross-functional teams on diverse software projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern development technologies.
• Build responsive user interfaces while implementing robust server-side logic and application services.
• Develop and integrate APIs to enable seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Design, optimize, and maintain databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that follows established engineering standards.
• Perform application testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure software reliability.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, quality assurance engineers, and other developers throughout project execution.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
• Support application deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance application performance, scalability, and security.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Experience in full-stack software development or web application engineering is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, back-end development principles, and database design.
• Experience working with APIs, version control systems, and modern software development workflows.
• Understanding of application architecture, security principles, and performance optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
