Company Description Leni is an AI infrastructure platform built for asset managers and investors, designed to help individuals and companies make confident, data-driven decisions. The system is model-agnostic for most tasks and also runs specialized models focused on real estate and investment work, providing highly accurate, verifiable results at a fraction of the cost of general-purpose AI. Leni consistently ranks at the top of domain-relevant benchmarks such as DRACO, SpreadsheetBench, and GAIA, and delivers exceptional accuracy on user evaluations. By connecting to tools like Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, AppFolio, and Rent Manager, Leni builds a private context graph that captures the meaning behind every report, decision, and review. This enables the product to surface trends, flag risks, automate reporting and document review, and provide traceable, actionable answers that stand up to investor scrutiny.

Role Description As a Full Stack Engineer at Leni, you will design, build, and maintain end-to-end web applications that power AI-driven workflows for real estate and investment users. You will work across the stack to develop robust APIs, integrate with third-party property and investment management systems, and create responsive, accessible user interfaces that make complex data easy to understand and act on. Day-to-day, you will collaborate with product, data, and AI teams to translate user needs into scalable software features, improve performance and reliability, and enhance security across services. You will participate in code reviews, write automated tests, and contribute to architectural decisions that support Leni’s growing context graph and analytics capabilities. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Toronto, ON, with a mix of in-office collaboration and flexible work-from-home arrangements.
