What You'll Be Doing

• Complete a one-time online survey/interview about day-to-day work as a software developer.
• Participate in an optional follow-up survey, task, or short interview, paid separately.
• Provide input to improve the description of software developer tasks in the O*NET framework.

What We're Looking For

• Have strong relevant experience in the domain of software development.
• Current or recent work experience as a software developer within the last 12 months.
• Direct knowledge of design, coding, and deployment tasks.
