We’re hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at Aftershock.

100% remote. Strong engineering, clear communication, and ownership.

We’re looking for someone who can turn business needs into reliable software, explain technical decisions clearly, and collaborate closely with clients and teammates.

Advanced, fluent English is essential, both spoken and written. You should be comfortable discussing requirements, explaining tradeoffs, and sharing clear progress updates. Native English is not required.

What you’ll bring:

• Strong React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript skills, including component architecture, hooks, state management, data fetching, rendering, and caching.

• Node.js experience building APIs, integrations, authentication, and authorization.

• Solid SQL and NoSQL fundamentals: data modeling, indexing, and query optimization. We use PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB depending on the project.

• A practical approach to testing, security, performance, accessibility, maintainable architecture, and production debugging.

React Native experience is a plus.

Previous experience working with North American clients and leading projects is a plus, not a requirement.
