Responsibilities:
- Delivery of Front end elements of Adobe Experience Manager and Digital platform implementation
- Following client design standards and guidelines
- Demonstrates strong understanding of the business needs driving the projects
- Test Driven Development and Delivery with high quality standards as per organisations quality benchmark
- Accountability for the assigned tasks with proper documentation of Unit Testing evidences in the tracker tools (JIRA) ensuring Definition of Done (DOD) is met
Desired Skills and Experience
- Deep knowledge of modern client-side technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (4-5 years)
- Experienced in AEM and Digital platform delivery
- Experience with common JavaScript patterns and best-practices to create robust, scalable, and maintainable web applications
- Experience in making the web accessible for all devices and assistive technologies for the physically impaired
- Solid understanding of web responsive design: mobile-first and desktop-first strategies, and media handling
- Experience working with common Frontend build tools (Webpack, postCSS, Babel, etc.)
- Comfortable working with Version Control
- Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Meticulous in design and code quality
- Flexible and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Collaborative and relationship-oriented mindset
- High level of written and verbal communication abilities in English
- Proactive team player with strong analytical skills for issue resolution
