🚀 Hiring: Web Product Engineer | Full-Stack | Tokyo / Fully Remote in Japan

I’m currently looking for a Web Product Engineer to join a fast-growing tech company transforming the mobility industry through technology.

You’ll work on a B2B SaaS product used by 15,000+ companies, helping businesses manage corporate taxi transportation, payments, ride history, and more.

What you'll work on:

• Full-stack development across frontend & backend
• Building and improving B2B SaaS products
• Developing APIs and web applications
• Collaborating closely with Product, Business, Sales, and other engineering teams
• Working on features that directly impact customer adoption and business KPIs
• Contributing to multiple products within a large-scale mobility ecosystem

Tech stack:

Backend: Go, Echo, MySQL, Redis

Frontend: TypeScript, React, Flutter, MUI

Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, S3, CloudFront

CI/CD: GitHub Actions

The company is also actively adopting Generative AI across engineering, with tools including GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Gemini, Cursor, and more.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience developing and operating web applications and backend APIs
• Strong frontend experience with JavaScript/TypeScript & React
• Experience across requirements definition, design, development, and testing
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Experience with Git/GitHub-based development
• Business Japanese minimum (N2/N1) is mandatory

Experience with Go, backend/frontend architecture, large-scale services, Kubernetes, database design, or Generative AI would be a plus.
