Role Description This is a full-time, remote / on-site Full Stack Programmer role. The Full Stack Programmer will design, develop, test, and maintain desktop / web applications and internal systems, working across both front-end and back-end components. Daily tasks include implementing new features, fixing bugs, optimizing performance, and integrating third-party services or APIs as needed. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and documenting code and system architecture. The programmer will also participate in code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and support deployment and maintenance of production systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building and maintaining web or enterprise applications.
• Solid understanding of VB, MS SQL, HTML, CSS etc.
• Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and propose effective technical solutions.
• Good communication skills in English and ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with deployment, testing practices, and basic system administration is an advantage.
