About The Role
The Frontend Engineer role owns the web experiences used by customers to discover, configure, and manage core products. The team builds fast, accessible interfaces with
React,
TypeScript, and Next.js, connecting polished user workflows to highly available
backend services and APIs.
This role matters because frontend quality directly shapes product adoption and customer trust. The engineer will work closely with product designers,
backend engineers, and product managers to turn complex requirements into responsive, observable, and maintainable applications used at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and ship production web applications using React, TypeScript, Next.js, and modern CSS practices
- Translate Figma designs and product requirements into responsive, accessible interfaces across desktop and mobile breakpoints
- Integrate frontend experiences with REST and GraphQL APIs, handling loading states, errors, caching, and optimistic updates
- Establish reliable testing practices with tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright or Cypress
- Improve application performance through code splitting, bundle analysis, caching, Core Web Vitals monitoring, and effective state management
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers through technical planning, code reviews, and iterative delivery
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues using browser diagnostics, logging, analytics, and observability tools
What We Are Looking For
- 3–6 years of professional experience building and shipping frontend or full-stack web applications
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript or TypeScript and production experience with React; familiarity with Next.js is expected
- Experience designing reusable component systems and working with design tools such as Figma
- Practical knowledge of web fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, browser behavior, responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization
- Experience writing automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, Cypress, or comparable tools
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Experience with GraphQL, Storybook, design systems, React Native, CI/CD pipelines, or frontend observability platforms
